To whom it may concern,

We've decided that with your support, we'll be holding another independent videogame festival in the city of Nottingham. It's called GameCity Squared, and is the fourth in the series of successful events going under the banner 'GameCity'.

This is what we know so far:

• It's going to be held from 27-31 October, 2009.

• It's going to be very different from other videogame events*

• Early plans (see above) are going well.
