Only a few days after announcing the return of Indiecade Europe and the beginnings of our first IndieVillage, we're ECSTATIC to be able to tell you about one of the new events that's going to be happening there.
Mode 7 games, uber-indie devs and much-valued GameCity veterans are going to be Visiting the Village on Friday 30th for an entire day to give you the chance to be amongst the first to play their awesome new game, Frozen Synapse.
"There is no doubt that Frozen Synapse will be the greatest indie game ever created, so we wanted to give the public a taste at the UK's greatest games festival," hyperbolised Paul Taylor, Joint Managing Director of Mode 7 Games.
Hmmm... We could try and describe it, but it's probably best left to them...
"It's a turn-based tactical game which offers a fast-paced showdown between two heavily-armed squads: you could call it "chess with guns". You could also call it "Francine Sweatpants McTavish", but "chess with guns" sounds better."

This exclusive preview event will also give you the chance to pit your skills against the developers themselves in a chance to win one of a series of AMAZING prizes.
